Fredericksburg Hockey (FXBG) Donating to Asheville Hockey

The Asheville Hockey League was notified today of a generous donation from FXBG Hockey, also known as the Fredericksburg Hockey League.

Michael Drobnak, a board member of FXBG Hockey, shared the news in an email, stating, "Our hockey organization hosted a charity tournament to help raise funds for your program, as well as another local Virginia league that lost their rink last year. We wanted to raise funds specifically for your rink fund, and we are pleased to announce that we were able to raise $3,315 for your organization."

The Asheville Hockey League extends its heartfelt gratitude to the FXBG Hockey community for their generous support. We are deeply appreciative of their thoughtfulness as we navigate the challenges following Hurricane Helene.

FXBG Hockey joins other regional organizations, such as the Charlotte Roller Hockey League (CSHL), in extending their support to Asheville Hockey through donations.

Asheville Hockey League remains committed to finding a new facility to ensure the continuation of hockey in the Asheville area.
