Weekend Recap – October 11–12, 2025
The Champion Asheville Aces put together a busy and highly competitive weekend slate, playing six games across two days. After a slow start, the Aces found their stride and closed the weekend with a dominant run of victories.
Saturday, October 11th
The Aces opened the weekend with a tough 4–5 loss against the Mavin Puff Puff Passers, followed by another close 3–5 setback to the Chattanooga Edge Snipers. Despite the early struggles, the team responded in a big way.
In their third game of the day, the Aces stormed past the Hendersonville Broadway Blades with an 8–2 win. They carried that momentum into their night matchup, earning a decisive 8–2 victory in a rematch with the Mavin Puff Puff Passers to end the day 2–2.
Sunday, October 12th
The Aces carried their hot streak into Sunday morning, edging out the Chattanooga Edge Snipers4–3 in a tightly contested battle. They capped off the weekend in dominant fashion, dismantling the Hendersonville Broadway Blades14–2 to finish the weekend with a 4–2 overall record.
