SEASON GENERAL INFORMATION

All of our divisions are coed and non contact.  The Asheville Hockey League does its best to place players in the appropriate divisions.  Players who have excelled and whose skills warrant it will have the option to play up.

• 4 Divisions
  • Mites (8 & under)
    • Squirts (9-10)
      • Peewees (11-12)
        • Bantams (13 & up)
• New players will be evaluated and placed appropriately 
• One team practice and game per week
• Scholarships for registration ($120 plus fees) and equipment are available 
• Dedicated Goalies in Peewee & Bantam play for a discounted ($10) fee. All players in Mites and Squirts will rotate in and out of goal.
• First time players may rent most gear for free (we ask you provide helmet, skates, and a stick, if possible, to start)

Game/Practice Cancellations

Because our rink is located outdoors, it is subject to the elements. Games/Practice may be canceled due to inclement weather as determined by the AHL. You will receive updates via text and email on cancellations and makeup games. We do our best to make up all games, but mother nature wins sometimes.
